Northwoods Children's Museum

Heather and the kids came up for a short visit this week, and Tuesday we went to the Northwoods Children's Museum in Eagle River.  A newly discovered gem, it was outstanding, and we really enjoyed it.  We'll be returning quite often I would guess.

Everything is interactive.  Here Beckett is launching a boat in the moving stream that winds it was through the museum.

My favorite was this giant soap bubble ring.  The circular trough is filled with soap detergent.

You stand in the middle and pull up the ring.  It takes some practice.

Hard to see the soap bubble but it's bursting here.

It was a bit overwhelming for Delaney, but she took it all in.

The check out even had a bar code reader

Back home...a good time was had by all!
